Work toward guaranteed qualification for traditional mortgage financing and long-term ownership.

Move into a qualified residential property under a structured rent-to-own agreement with predictable monthly payments.

Program Support & Accountability

We provide structured guidance throughout participation in the program. This includes periodic check-ins, financial education resources, and clear communication regarding payment performance and ownership readiness milestones. Housing selection and approvals are determined by the Stygian HomeBridge™ proprietary software. Using data analytics we analyze your income and financial obligations to tailor a long-term sustainability roadmap for our clients. Our underwriting prioritizes stable, realistic, and responsible payment structures.

What to expect, how it works, and how participants prepare for ownership.

YES. The program is designed to identify residents routinely denied by traditional financial institutions despite their credit worthiness. We prepare our hand picked clients for traditional mortgage qualification with traditional financial institutions. 

If traditional banks DON'T approve you. The Stygian Group WILL! 

Monthly payments will be the same as traditional bank mortgage payments, including principal, interest, insurance, taxes, loan origination, and servicing fees.

We follow a structured delinquency and resolution process designed to protect both the resident and the property. Coaching support may be offered when appropriate.

Participants may choose not to continue, subject to the terms outlined in their individual agreement.

We provide a proprietary twelve month financial literacy & homeowner educational course and materials focused on credit improvement strategies, budgeting best practices, understanding mortgage qualification requirements, and loan pre-approval preparation.
